State Administrative Fee Sample Clauses

The State Administrative Fee clause establishes the requirement for payment of a fee to a state agency or authority for administrative services related to a contract or transaction. Typically, this fee is calculated as a percentage of the contract value or as a fixed amount, and is paid by the contractor or vendor as part of their obligations under the agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the state recovers costs associated with managing, processing, or overseeing the contract, thereby allocating administrative expenses fairly and transparently.
