  • Separate Agreement The parties hereto acknowledge that certain provisions of the Investment Company Act, in effect, treat each series of shares of an investment company as a separate investment company. As of the Effective Date, the Affiliate Agreement is in full force and effect.

  • Complete Agreement This Agreement, those documents expressly referred to herein and other documents of even date herewith embody the complete agreement and understanding among the parties and supersede and preempt any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or among the parties, written or oral, which may have related to the subject matter hereof in any way.

  • Extra Contract Agreements The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with his employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any such agreement shall be null and void.
