Common use of State and National Conferences Clause in Contracts

State and National Conferences. The Board agrees to pay all reasonable expenses (which is determined in the sole discretion of the Board) per school year for the Superintendent to attend state and/or national conferences to enhance his professional skills and knowledge, provided the Superintendent receives advance approval from the Board to attend such conference(s).

State and National Conferences. The Board agrees to pay all reasonable expenses (which is determined in the sole discretion of the Board) per school year for the Superintendent to attend state and/or and national conferences each school year as necessary to enhance his his/her professional skills and knowledge, provided knowledge in an amount not to exceed the Superintendent receives advance approval from amount included in the Board to attend such conference(s)annual budget.
