Common use of State and National Conferences Clause in Contracts

State and National Conferences. The Board agrees to pay all reasonable expenses (which is determined in the sole discretion of the Board) for the Superintendent to attend state and national conferences each school year as necessary to enhance his/her professional skills and knowledge in an amount not to exceed the amount included in the annual budget.
