State Auditor’s Right to Audit. The Parties acknowledge the State Auditor’s authority to conduct audits of state agencies under Chapter 321 of the Texas Government Code. Clinic shall comply with any rules and procedures of the state auditor in the implementation and enforcement of Section 2262.154 of the Texas Government Code.
