State Disclosure Statutes and Related Information. Schedule B hereto sets forth certain disclosures, notices, rights and other information that may apply to Licensee depending upon, among other things, the state, territory and/or the location of the Premises (“State Disclosure Statements”). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and the terms and conditions of the State Disclosure Statement, the terms and conditions of the State Disclosure Statement shall control to the extent necessary to resolve any such conflict.
