Prior to the Closing Date, the Trust, on behalf of the Acquiring Fund, shall make any filings with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that are required under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be made prior to the Closing Date. Prior to the Closing Date, the Trust, on behalf of the Target Fund, shall make any filings with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that are required under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be made prior to the Closing Date.
