State Finance Law. 139-k The Consultant certifies that all information provided to the Fund with respect to State Finance Law Section 139-k is complete, true and accurate. The Fund reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement in the event that is found that the certification filed by the Consultant in accordance with State Finance Law 139- k was intentionally false or intentionally incomplete.
