Common use of State Guaranty Clause in Contracts

State Guaranty. The Central Reserve Bank of Peru participates in the Contract, in accordance with the provisions of Law Nº26221 and Legislative Decree Nº668, to grant to the Contractor on behalf of the State the guarantees indicated in this clause, in accordance with the regime in force on the Signature Date. The guarantees mentioned in this clause also cover the transferee in the event of a transfer, subject to the Organic Hydrocarbons Law and this Contract.

The guarantees mentioned in this clause also cover the transferee assignee in the event of a transferassignment, subject to the Organic Hydrocarbons Law and to this Contract.

The guarantees mentioned in this clause guaranties grainted hereby shall also cover the transferee in the event of a transferapply to an eventual assignment, subject to the provisions set forth in the Organic Hydrocarbons Hydrocarbon Law No. 26221 and in this Contract.
