Common use of STATE Inspections Clause in Contracts

STATE Inspections. The STATE and its representatives, shall at all times have access to observe and inspect the Timber Operations of PURCHASER and must be furnished such information, documentation and assistance by PURCHASER as may be reasonably requested by the STATE for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Contract and applicable Laws. PURCHASER must complete additional work as requested by the STATE, consistent with the approved Operating Plan and requirements of this Contract.
