If the State Xx- xxxxxx and the OGC consider it advis- able, a State Instruction may be issued to help County Supervisors identify standard insurance policies adopted for the State. The Instruction should also furnish a guide to assist in identifying other acceptable insurance policy forms that are commonly used by in- surance companies in the State, recog- nizing that such information is not all inclusive.
