State Law Amendments. The State shall give notice to the Tribes of enrolled bills that amend the taxes that are the subject of this Agreement or the Revenue Act. MCL 205.1, et. seq. Upon receipt of the notice the Tribe may request a meeting to discuss the xxxx and its impact. Notice of any such meeting shall be provided to other tribes which are signatories to an agreement with the State substantially similar to this Agreement and their representatives shall be permitted to attend.
