Common use of State Law Compliance Clause in Contracts

State Law Compliance. ‌ This MOU complies with the provisions of Section 3500 et seq. of the Government Code of the State of California, in that the Employer-Employee representatives noted herein did meet and confer in good faith and did reach agreement on those matters within the scope of representation.
