State Law. The law governing this Lease Contract is the law of the state in which the Community is located. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else to the contrary contained herein, Owner and Resident expressly acknowledge and agree that federal law and the Federal Arbitration Act shall apply as it relates to the arbitration, class-action and other associated provisions contained in the Arbitration sections of this Lease Contract.
