State of California Certification / Trained for HAZMAT Operations. All employees performing HAZMAT operations shall be State of California certified and trained to the appropriate level for which they work. All training is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor must obtain and retain hazardous waste disposal permits, submit monthly reports of collections and disposals, and retain documentation for the duration of this Agreement. Facility Services shall select the hazardous material disposal Facilities, and all Materials for disposal shall be manifested in the name of the Judicial Council.
