This Consent Decree specifically addresses the statewide day activity service system for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (“I/DD”), and constitutes a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of this Consent Decree between the Parties with respect to its subject matter. The State shall continue to comply with the terms of the Interim Settlement Agreement, and any amendments thereto, in a manner that is consistent with and complementary to this Consent Decree; however, the Interim Settlement Agreement and Consent Decree impose separate and distinct requirements upon the State.
