Common use of State Registration Fees Clause in Contracts

State Registration Fees. The Fund's proportionate share of all fees and expenses of maintaining the registration and qualification of the Company and of the Fund's shares for sale under the securities laws of various states and jurisdictions and registering and qualifying additional shares of the Fund, and of maintaining the registration and qualification of the Company under all other laws applicable to the Company or its business activities.
