State Registration Reports. The Transfer Agent shall furnish on a state-by-state basis sales reports and such periodic and special reports as the Fund may reasonably request and such other information, including Shareholder lists and statistical information concerning accounts, as may be agreed upon from time to time between the Fund and the Transfer Agent.
