Common use of State Securities Law Compliance -- Sale Clause in Contracts

State Securities Law Compliance -- Sale. The Company shall timely prepare and file the applications, consents to service of process (but not including a general consent to service of process) and similar documents and take the other steps and perform the further acts as shall be required by the state securities law requirements of the jurisdiction where each Purchaser resides with respect to the sale of the Common Stock under this Agreement.
