State Specific Terms and Conditions for Intrastate Services. To the extent inconsistent with Sections 2.1 through 2.33, the following rules shall apply in the following states: ALABAMA Pursuant to Rule 15 of the General Rules Of The Alabama Public Service Commission and Rule 5 (C)(5) of the Telephone Rules Of The Alabama Public Service Commission, adjustments for inaccuracies in billing will be limited to the most recent thirty-six (36) month period. In the event the inaccuracy results in the Customer having underpaid for Service, no backbilling will be allowed without immediate written notification to the Customer by the Company at the time of discovery by the Company. Such notice will inform the Customer that the Customer will be given the option of repayment of amount due in monthly installment equal to the period of said underbilling, or by any other mutually agreeable arrangement, except in cases of proven tampering and/or unauthorized use.
