STATE SPECIFIC VARIATIONS. The state specific variations, provided on the State Specific Exhibit attached to this Agreement, control if inconsistent with any other terms or conditions of this Agreement. Please refer to this exhibit for terms that apply in Your state.

STATE SPECIFIC VARIATIONS. The state specific variations provided on the State Specific Exhibit attached to this Plan, control if inconsistent with any other terms or conditions of this Plan. Please refer to this exhibit for terms that apply in Your state.

STATE SPECIFIC VARIATIONS. The following state specific variations shall control if inconsistent with any other terms or conditions of this Agreement: Illinois Customers. The subscriber may cancel his Agreement pursuant to Section “CANCELLATION/ TERMINATION AND REFUNDS”. The service contract provider may retain a cancellation fee not to exceed the lesser of 10% of the contract price or $50.00. The Obligor is the party responsible for honoring cancellation requests. The selling dealer may handle a customer’s request for cancellation on behalf of the Obligor.

STATE SPECIFIC VARIATIONS. This Agreement is intended for Subscribers residing in Iowa. If a Subscriber does not reside in Iowa, state specific variations shall control if inconsistent with any other terms or conditions of this Agreement: Please contact Brightstar Device Protection, LLC for clarification of what terms may change based on Your state residence when a claim is filed.
