Common use of STATE Wing, CAP Clause in Contracts

STATE Wing, CAP. WING is an administrative subdivision of CAP and not a separate legal entity from CAP. CAP is generally organized along geographic lines and WING's jurisdiction is defined by the boundaries of the state. Missions under this MOU will be performed by WING. Contact information is included as Attachment A. (The parties may update Attachment A unilaterally by e-mail or other writing.)
