Common use of Stated Maturity Date Clause in Contracts

Stated Maturity Date. In the case of a Fixed Rate Certificated Note, the interest rate or, in the case of a Floating Rate Certificated Note, the initial interest rate (if known at such time), Base Rate,Index Maturity, Interest Reset Period, Interest Reset Dates, Spread or Spread Multiplier (if any), Minimum Interest Rate (if any) and Maximum Interest Rate (if any).

Stated Maturity Date. (a) In the case of a Fixed Rate Certificated Note, the interest rate or, rate; and (b) in the case of a Floating Rate Certificated Note, the initial interest rate Initial Interest Rate (if known at such time), Base Rate,, Index Stated Maturity, Interest Reset Period, Interest Reset Dates, Spread or Spread Multiplier (if any), Minimum Interest Rate (if any) ), and Maximum Interest Rate (if any), Calculation Date, Calculation Agent.
