Common use of Stated Maturity Dates Clause in Contracts

Stated Maturity Dates. The entire outstanding principal amount of the 2028 Notes shall be payable on February 15, 2028 and the entire outstanding principal amount of the 2048 Notes shall be payable on February 15, 2048, in each case subject to Section 2.06 and Section 3.02.

Stated Maturity Dates. Stated Maturity Dates. The entire outstanding principal amount of the 2028 Notes shall be payable on February 15August 5, 2028 and the entire outstanding principal amount of the 2048 Notes shall be payable on February 152029, 2048, in each case subject to Section 2.06 and Section 3.02.
