Statement and Billing. Operator shall deduct from revenues, as received, the Non-Operator's proportionate share of the Joint Account for the preceding month. Such deductions will be accompanied by a statement (J.I.B.) which identify the A.F.E., lease or facility, all charges and credits and summarized by appropriate classifications of investment and expense except that times of controllable material and unusual charges and credits shall be separately identified and fully described.
