Common use of Statement Fee Clause in Contracts

Statement Fee. For any statement requested by Mortgagor regarding the obligations and indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, or regarding the amounts held in any impound or reserve fund established hereunder, Mortgagee may charge a reasonable fee, not to exceed any maximum amount provided by any applicable law at the time of the request therefor.
