We fulfill all participation requirements of the Slovenia – Austria Intraday Capacity Access Rules between the control areas of Austrian Power Grid AG (“APG”) and Elektro-Slovenija, d.o.o. (“ELES”) (hereinafter Intraday Rules). Moreover, we have read and fully accept to abide and to be bound by all rules and regulations and IT requirements of the English version of the Intraday Rules, which have been published on the TSOs websites.
