Common use of Statement of Claim Clause in Contracts

Statement of Claim. a) The claimant shall file its statement of claim with its application under section 1.1. The statement of claim shall set forth the facts relating to the Dispute and the claim(s) for relief sought. To the extent that the claimant is in possession of material documents that prove its claim, the claimant shall file them with the statement of claim.
