A Statement of Direction clause outlines the overarching goals, intentions, or strategic objectives that guide the parties' actions under an agreement. This clause typically sets the context for the relationship, clarifying the shared vision or desired outcomes, such as fostering collaboration, achieving specific project milestones, or aligning business practices. Statement of Direction. The Company hereby directs the Employee to:
(a) not disclose to the Company any confidential, proprietary or trade secret information of other entities, including any former employers, without the permission of such entity;
(b) neither bring on the premises of, nor provide to, the Company, copies of any documents, electronic media or tangible items that contain or refer to confidential, proprietary or trade secret information that is the property of any other party, including any former employers, without the permission of such entity; and
(c) not provide any information to the Company that belongs or belonged to any prior employer, regardless of the medium in which such information is contained, without the permission of such prior employer.
Statement of Direction. The parties, in concert with ISI Co-Members for the applicable Oracle Solution Suite, shall develop and maintain a Statement of Direction for each Oracle Solution Suite that defines the product direction, general development goals and development phases for the
Statement of Direction. The Statement of Direction shall address without limitation the following:
(a) General product direction of the Oracle Solution Suite; (b) Integration between Oracle and ISI Member Programs; and (c) Integration to be developed in evolutionary phases.
