Common use of STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY Clause in Contracts

STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY. The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, submitted by the Participant to the Department on July 24, 2024, is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.

STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY. The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, application submitted by the Participant to the Department on July 24September 30, 2024, is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.

The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, submitted by the Participant to the Department on July 24September 16, 20242021, is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.

The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, consisting of materials submitted by the Participant to the Department on July 24January 4, 20242022 and April 15, 2022, is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.

STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY. The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, submitted by the Participant to the Department on July 24December 13, 20242023, is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.

The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, submitted by the Participant to the Department on July 24March 23, 20242023, is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.

The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, consisting of materials submitted by the Participant to the Department on July 24April 3, 20242023 and April 7, 2023 is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.
