Common use of Statement of Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Statement of Expenditures. 5. The statement of expenditures (SOE) procedure may be used for reimbursement of eligible expenditures under the Project, in accordance with ADB's Loan Disbursement Handbook and detailed arrangements agreed upon between the Borrower, MORD, the State, and ADB.
