Statement of Guarantee. Some of the prices on Page 1 may be guaranteed, some may be non-guaranteed. For those items for which the price is guaranteed, Firm shall accept all funds in trust for those items and no additional payment for those items will be due if this Agreement was paid in full prior to Maturity. For those items for which the price is non-guaranteed, the current retail price for those items, at Maturity, will be charged and must be paid prior to the provision of the items identified on Page 1. The greater of the amount paid by Purchaser for items for which the prices are non-guaranteed or the current market value of the assets in trust related to such items, at Maturity, will be credited against the current retail price, at Maturity, for those items. If the current retail value of any items for which the prices are non-guaranteed, at Maturity, is less than the amount paid by the Purchaser for such items, the excess will be refunded to Purchaser or to the estate of the Beneficiary. If this Agreement is not paid in full prior to maturity, all prices will be treated as non-guaranteed.

In consideration for the Obligor subscribing to and holding an account with one or more utility companies, the User promises to pay the Obligor an amount equal to: The User's pro rata portion of the general utility bills and fees incurred by Obligor with the below described utility companies during the term of this Agreement: (Said pro rata portion is based upon the number of persons sharing the utilities in the rental unit.) Utility Utility Company Telephone (basic line service only) _ Electricity _ Gas _ Water _ Sewer _ Garbage _ Internet _ Television/Cable _ This guarantee covers and applies only to transactions entered into by the Obligor with the above utility companies for the purpose of providing utilities to the rental unit and only within days of receipt by the User from the Obligor of a copy of the utility ▇▇▇▇ to be paid. It does not cover or apply to any other transactions entered into by the Obligor.
Statement of Guarantee. Guarantor hereby unconditionally and absolutely guarantees to the Noteholder the full and prompt payment when due, or declared due of all Indebtedness. The Noteholder will have immediate recourse against Guarantor for full and immediate payment of the Indebtedness at any time after the Indebtedness, or any part thereof, has not been paid in full as and when due, whether at fixed maturity or by acceleration under the terms of the Note.

(2) It signs and implements this Agreement on its true willing with legal and valid authority in accordance with its Article of Associate and regulations upon without infringements of other agreement, contract or other legal documents
(3) The Applicant guarantees that the materials and documents are accurate, authentic, complete and effective. The Applicant guarantees that:
(1) It shall comply with the Law of Bill of the Peoples Republic of China ,Measures for Payment and Settlement of an Account , regulations and the clauses in the Agreement
(2) The Bill in this Agreement is based on legal business , and it shall bear all the responsibility of the legality
(3) It shall provide information in accordance with the requirements of the Acceptance Bank including but not limited to information or materials on its operation, financial report, statement and shall be responsible for the veracity ,authenticity and validity of the information.
