Common use of Statement of Net Investment Clause in Contracts

Statement of Net Investment. Within forty-five (45) days following the end of each calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement, each Party will prepare and furnish to the other Party a written statement, in reasonably specific detail, setting forth, in United States dollars, the Party’s balance of Net Investment in the Alliance Program as of the end of the preceding calendar quarter, in a form substantially the same as the form set forth in Exhibit 9.3, attached hereto. The balance of Net Investment for each Party may not include the manufacturing equipment, instruments and account receivables on the books of such Party as of the execution date of the Prior Alliance Agreement.
