STATEMENT OF OPTION. Where any adjustment which by reason of Section 9.1(c) hereof is not required to be made immediately shall be carried forward and taken into account in any subsequent adjustment and the Option certificate or certificates theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same price and number and kind of shares as are stated in the Option initially issuable pursuant to this Agreement.
