Statement Regarding Obligations. Mortgagor shall, within ten (10) days after request by Mortgagee, furnish Mortgagee with a written statement, duly acknowledged, setting forth (1) the unpaid principal balance of the Loan and the accrued but unpaid interest thereon, (2) whether or not any setoffs or defenses exist against the payment of such principal or interest, and (3) if such setoffs or defenses exist, the particulars thereof.
