Statement to Securityholders. On or before the third Business Day following each Distribution Date, the Indenture Trustee shall mail: to each Holder of a Security (with a copy to the Securities Insurer, the Depositor and the Rating Agency) at its address shown on the Certificate Register or Note Register, as applicable, a statement, based on information set forth in the Master Servicer Certificate for such Distribution Date, substantially in the form of Statement to Securityholders attached hereto as Exhibit C, respectively, together with a copy of such related Master Servicer Certificate. 87 92 ARTICLE VII.
