Statements and Compliance with Applicable Law. Licensee shall and shall cause its Affiliates to, comply with all Applicable Law with respect to the Exploitation of Licensed Products. Licensee shall avoid and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its Affiliates and its and their Sublicensees employees, representatives, agents, and distributors to avoid, taking or failing to take, any actions that Licensee knows or reasonably should know would jeopardize the goodwill or reputation of AstraZeneca or the Licensed Products or any Trademark associated therewith.
