Common use of Statements and Compliance with Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Statements and Compliance with Applicable Law. Licensee shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, comply with all Applicable Laws with respect to the Exploitation of Licensed Products. Without limitation to the foregoing, Licensee shall in all material respects, conform its practices and procedures relating to the Commercialization of the Licensed Products and educating the medical community in the Territory with respect to the Licensed Products to any applicable industry association regulations, policies and guidelines, as the same may be amended from time to time, and Applicable Law.
