Statements and Omissions Not Covered by Representations. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, no representation is made by the Company or the Separate Accounts with respect to statements or omissions based on information furnished or required to be furnished to the Company or the Separate Accounts by the Distributor.
