Statements by Borrower. Borrower shall within ten (10) days after Agent’s request, furnish Agent with a written statement, duly acknowledged, setting forth the sums, according to Borrower’s books and records, secured by the Loan Documents and any right of set-off, counterclaim or other defense which, to Borrower’s then knowledge, exists against such sums and the Obligations.
