Statements by the Company. The Company shall refrain, both during and after the termination of the employment relationship, from publishing any oral or written statements about Executive, any of Executive’s affiliates or any of such affiliates’ directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents or representatives that (a) are slanderous, libelous or defamatory, (b) disclose confidential information of Executive, or (c) place Executive in a false light before the public. A violation or threatened violation of this prohibition may be enjoined by the courts. The rights afforded Executive under this provision are in addition to any and all rights and remedies otherwise afforded by law.
