Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. Bank will send copies of all statements and confirmations for the Account simultaneously to Grantor and Secured Party. Bank will use reasonable efforts promptly to notify Secured Party and Grantor if any other person claims that it has a property interest in the Account or any financial asset in the Account.
