Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. (a) The Securities Intermediary will send copies of all statements and confirmations for the Account simultaneously to the Grantor and the Secured Party. (b) When the Securities Intermediary knows of any claim or interest in the Account or any property credited to the Account other than the claims and interests of the parties referred to in this Agreement, the Securities Intermediary will promptly notify the Secured Party and the Grantor of such claim or interest.
