Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. Transfer Agent will send copies of all monthly statements and daily confirmations concerning the Pledged Shares simultaneously to each of Debtor and Secured Party at the addresses set forth in Section 16 of this Agreement. If any person asserts any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against any of the Pledged Shares, Transfer Agent will promptly notify Secured Party and Debtor thereof.
