Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. The Bank will send copies of all statements concerning the Account to each of the Depositor and the Secured Party at the address set forth in SECTION 13 below. Upon receipt of written notice of any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against the Account or any funds credited thereto, the Bank will make reasonable efforts promptly to notify the Secured Party and the Depositor thereof.
