Common use of Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims Clause in Contracts

Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. The Bank will send copies of all statements and confirmations concerning the Account to each of the Depositor and the Secured Party at the address set forth in SECTION 14 below. Upon receipt of written notice of any lien, encumbrance or adverse claim against the Account or in any financial asset carried therein, the Bank will make reasonable efforts promptly to notify the Secured Party and the Depositor thereof.
