Common use of Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims Clause in Contracts

Statements, Confirmations and Notices of Adverse Claims. (a) The Commodity Intermediary will send copies of all statements and confirmations for the Account simultaneously to the Grantor and the Secured Party. (b) When the Commodity Intermediary knows of any claim or interest in the Account or any commodity contracts carried in the Account other than the claims and interests of the parties referred to in this Agreement, the Commodity Intermediary will promptly notify the Secured Party and the Grantor of such claim or interest.
