Statements Consistent with Labeling. Neither Party shall make, nor ----------------------------------- permit its Sales Representatives to make, any promotional statement, representation or warranty, oral or written, concerning Collaboration Products inconsistent with, or contrary to, the approved Collaboration Product labeling or Promotional Materials. In addition, each Party shall insure that its Sales Representatives Detail the Collaboration Products in a fair and balanced manner in the United States and the ROW and consistent with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of the United States, as amended, including, but not limited to, the regulations at 21 C.F.R. (S) 202 in the United States.
