Common use of Statements of Account Clause in Contracts

Statements of Account. Administrative Agent will account to Borrower Representative monthly with a statement of Loans, charges and payments made pursuant to this Agreement during the immediately preceding month, and such account rendered by Administrative Agent shall be deemed final, binding and conclusive upon Borrowers absent demonstrable error unless Administrative Agent is notified by Borrowers in writing to the contrary within thirty (30) days of the date each accounting is received by Borrowers. Such notice shall be deemed an objection only to those items specifically objected to therein.

The Administrative Agent will account to the Borrower Representative monthly quarterly with a statement of Loans, outstanding Letters of Credit, accrued interest and Fees, charges and payments made pursuant to this Agreement during and the immediately preceding monthother Loan Documents, and such account rendered by the Administrative Agent shall be deemed final, binding and conclusive upon Borrowers absent demonstrable error Borrower unless the Borrower notifies the Administrative Agent is notified by Borrowers in writing to the contrary within thirty (30) days of after the date each accounting is received by Borrowers. Such notice shall be deemed an objection only to those items specifically objected to therein.date
