STATEMENTS OF MEMBERSHIP INTERESTS. Upon the written request of any Member, the Secretary shall promptly advise such Member of the particular Membership Interest owned by such Member as of the date such written statement is issued by the Secretary. Any such written statement of Membership Interest shall not be deemed to be a certificated security, a negotiable instrument, nor a bond or stock and shall not be a vehicle by which any transfer of any Member's interest in the Company may be effected.
