STATEMENTS REGARDING OWNERSHIP. Borrower agrees to submit or cause to be submitted to Lender within thirty (30) days after December 3lst of each calendar year during the term of this Mortgage and ten (10) days after any written request by Lender, a sworn, notarized certificate, signed by an authorized (i) individual who is Borrower or one of the individuals comprising Borrower, (ii) member of Borrower, (iii) partner of Borrower or (iv) officer of Borrower, as the case may be, stating whether (x) any part of the Property, or any interest in the Property, has been conveyed, transferred, assigned, encumbered, or sold, and if so, to whom; (y) any conveyance, transfer, pledge or encumbrance of any interest in Borrower has been made by Borrower and if so, to whom; or (z) there has been any change in the individual(s) comprising Borrower or in the partners, members stockholders or beneficiaries of Borrower from those on the Execution Date, and if so, a description of such change or changes.

Borrower Mortgagor agrees to submit ------------------------------ or cause to be submitted to Lender Mortgagee within thirty (30) days after December 3lst 31st of each calendar year during the term of this Mortgage and ten twenty (10) days 20)days after any written request by LenderMortgagee, a sworn, notarized certificate, signed by an authorized (ia) individual who is Borrower Mortgagor or one of the individuals comprising BorrowerMortgagor, (iib) member of BorrowerMortgagor, (iiic) partner of Borrower Mortgagor or (ivd) officer of BorrowerMortgagor, as the case may be, stating whether (xi) except for Leases made pursuant to the Leasing Guidelines, any part of the Property, or any interest in the Property, has been conveyed, transferred, assigned, encumbered, or sold, and if so, to whom; (yii) any conveyance, transfer, pledge or encumbrance of any interest in Borrower Mortgagor has been made by Borrower Mortgagor and if so, to whom; or (ziii) there has been any change in the individual(s) partners comprising Borrower or in the partners, members stockholders or beneficiaries of Borrower Mortgagor from those on the Execution Date, and if so, a description of such change or changes.

Not later than thirty (30) days after written request by Lender, which request shall be made no more than once per calendar year, Borrower agrees to submit or cause to be submitted to Lender within thirty (30) days after December 3lst of each calendar year during the term of this Mortgage and ten (10) days after any written request by Lender, a sworn, notarized certificate, signed by an authorized (i) individual who is Borrower or one of the individuals comprising Borrower, (ii) member of Borrower, (iii) partner of Borrower or (iv) officer of Borrower, as the case may be, stating whether (x) any part of the Property, or any interest in the Property, has been conveyed, transferred, assigned, encumbered, or sold, and if so, to whom; (y) any conveyance, transfer, pledge or encumbrance of any interest in Borrower or TRS Entity has been made by Borrower and if so, to whom; or (z) there has been any change in the individual(s) comprising Borrower or TRS Entity or in the partners, members members, stockholders or beneficiaries of Borrower or TRS Entity from those on the Execution Closing Date, and if so, a description of such change or changes.

STATEMENTS REGARDING OWNERSHIP. Borrower agrees to submit or cause to be submitted to Lender within thirty (30) days after December 3lst 31st of each calendar year during the term of this Mortgage and ten (10) days after any written request by Lender, a swornswom, notarized certificate, signed by an authorized (i) individual who is Borrower or one of the individuals comprising Borrower, (ii) member of Borrower, (iii) partner of Borrower or (iv) officer of Borrower, as the case may be, stating whether (x) any part of the Property, or any interest in the Property, has been conveyed, transferred, assigned, encumbered, or sold, and if so, to whom; (y) any conveyance, transfer, pledge or encumbrance of any interest in Borrower has been made by Borrower and if so, to whom; or (z) there has been any change in the individual(s) comprising general partner of Borrower or in the partners, members stockholders or beneficiaries of Borrower Borrower's Constituents from those on the Execution Date, and if so, a description of such change or changes.
