STATEMENTS REGARDING OWNERSHIP. Trustor agrees to submit or cause to be submitted to Beneficiary within thirty (30) days after December 3lst of each calendar year during the term of this Deed of Trust and ten (10) days after any written request by Beneficiary, a sworn, notarized certificate, signed by an authorized (i) individual who is Trustor or one of the individuals comprising Trustor, (ii) member of Trustor, (iii) partner of Trustor or (iv) officer of Trustor, as the case may be, stating whether (x) any part of the Property, or any interest in the Property, has been conveyed, transferred, assigned, encumbered, or sold, and if so, to whom; (y) any conveyance, transfer, pledge or encumbrance of any interest in Trustor has been made by Trustor and if so, to whom; or (z) there has been any change in the individual(s) comprising Trustor or in the partners, members stockholders or beneficiaries of Trustor from those on the Execution Date, and if so, a description of such change or changes. Trustor Borrower agrees to submit or cause to be submitted to Beneficiary Lender within thirty (30) days after December 3lst of each calendar year during the term of this Deed of Trust the Loan and ten (10) days after any written request by BeneficiaryLender, a sworn, notarized certificate, signed by an authorized (i) individual who is Trustor Borrower or one of the individuals comprising TrustorBorrower, (ii) member of TrustorBorrower, (iii) partner of Trustor Borrower or (iv) officer of TrustorBorrower, as the case may be, stating whether (x) any part of the Property, or any interest in the Property, has been conveyed, transferred, assigned, encumbered, or sold, and if so, to whom; (y) any conveyance, transfer, pledge or encumbrance of any interest in Trustor Borrower has been made by Trustor and if so, to whom; or (z) there has been any change in the individual(s) comprising Trustor Borrower or in the partners, members members, stockholders or beneficiaries of Trustor Borrower from those on the Execution Closing Date, and if so, a description of such change or changes.
